We have just completed another incredible Spain Fitness Retreat, and what a truly magical few weeks it has been.

Our clients achieved some genuinely life-changing goals, and we couldn’t be prouder of the world-class program we have created. Every year, we strive to make the experience even better, and 2026 has undoubtedly been our most successful retreat yet.

Our Spain Fitness Holiday is about so much more than workouts. It is about adventure, personal growth, and helping people push beyond their comfort zones in a safe and supportive environment. With our experienced coaching team guiding every step of the journey, clients gain the confidence to try things they never thought possible.

This year, we watched clients who had only recently learned to swim complete ocean swims and experience snorkelling for the very first time. We saw every participant stand up on a paddleboard, many overcoming fears and building confidence along the way. We also helped members of our 12-Month Transformation Program take their fitness to an entirely new level through challenging workouts, expert coaching, and unforgettable experiences.

We were determined to make this year’s retreat our best yet, and we introduced several exciting upgrades:

A Stunning New Beachfront Villa

We moved to a luxury beachfront villa that could not have been more perfect. Every room now has either an en-suite bathroom or its own private bathroom, ensuring our clients enjoy the highest level of comfort and luxury throughout their stay.

Airport Transfers Included

For the first time, we brought our own dedicated minibus, allowing us to offer airport pick-up and drop-off services, making travel to and from the retreat easier than ever.

More Equipment, Better Training

We invested in even more training equipment, enabling us to deliver an even greater variety of workouts and provide an outstanding training experience for every fitness level.

Incredible Coastal Adventures

Our adventure program reached new heights this year. We explored breathtaking coastlines by kayak and snorkelled in hidden bays that could only be accessed from the water. These unforgettable experiences allowed our clients to discover some of Spain’s most beautiful beaches
