RM Design & Engineering reached out to us wanting to create a fun and memorable team and family day for their staff and families. The objective was to give the team an opportunity to bond outside of the workplace, spend quality time together and try something new on the River Avon.
We spent the morning teaching the group basic paddling techniques on paddleboards and kayaks before heading out onto the River Avon for a little adventure, giving everyone the chance to see the town from a unique and beautiful perspective. They then enjoyed an awesome BBQ with drinks.
Radj, the owner, works incredibly hard to provide opportunities for his team and really values the importance of hard work and teamwork. He believes events like this play a key role in strengthening relationships, building team spirit and creating a positive working environment.
