A Typical Week
Weeks will vary slightly but the routine and activities will remain consistent. Be prepared to embark on the most varied program at Xtreme Boot Camps. For many clients there are activities that seem quite daunting, do not worry, we will not make you do anything you can’t or really don’t want to do. We will have you leave bootcamp loving exercise and activity.
Day 1

1000 – Bootcamp

1300 – Nutrition seminar 1

1900 – Tabata tutorial
