A Typical Week

Weeks will vary slightly but the routine and activities will remain consistent. Be prepared to embark on the most varied program at Xtreme Boot Camps. For many clients there are activities that seem quite daunting, do not worry, we will not make you do anything you can’t or really don’t want to do. We will have you leave bootcamp loving exercise and  activity. 

Day 1

1300 – Arrival

1530 – Introduction and fitness test

1800 – Dinner

 1900 – HIIT Tutorial 

Day 2

0600 – HIIT training

0730 – Breakfast

0915 – Stretching and mobility 

1000 – Bootcamp

1200 – Lunch

1300 – Nutrition seminar 1

1400 – Strength and conditioning

1600 – Abs and core

1800 – Dinner

1900 – Tabata tutorial
